G&M were appointed geotechnical consultants in conjunction with our associated drilling company to undertake a mining investigation and report of findings for a residential development in Flockton, Wakefield.

The work comprised rotary open hole boreholes using water flush to investigate potential mine workings below the site. G&M then produced a Local Authority and Coal Authority compliant technical report which subsequently discharged the relevant planning condition.
