G&M were appointed geo-environmental consultants overseeing Phase 1 & Phase 2 investigations of a possible contaminated site earmarked as a site of future development in Prestwich, Bury.

Window sampling equipment was used to ascertain the composition and depth of any potential contaminated strata which also included environmental laboratory testing of soils. The boreholes were also installed with gas monitoring wells to allow for monitoring of  any potential harmful gases within the ground.
